WHAT SHOULD WE DO AFTER BUYING/RECEIVING FOOD FROM THE SUPERMARKET AND SHIPPER?

Not only the bag, but even the food transported from the supermarket/store has the potential to contain the Covid virus. Therefore, no matter how busy you are, you should do 4 things to limit the risk of infection:

- Wash hands thoroughly before preparing food

- Remove the bag, rub and rinse each item

- Quickly store perishable food in the refrigerator

- Meat, eggs, seafood should be thoroughly cooked before eating

Moreover, during the process of going to the market or delivering/receiving goods, we must still strictly follow the 5K principle to protect ourselves and the community.
